사설망에 하위 리소스에 대한 요청을 보내기 전에 사전 요청을 전송

사설 네트워크 리소스 요청을 보내기 전 preflight 요청을 전송

Chrome 101은 preflight 요청이 반드시 성공해야 하며, 실패할 경우 사설 네트워크 요청이 실패
