It’s best to submit and receive the review after the ARR round has finished. However, submitting to ARR and another conference at the same time may violate the policies. Also, the commitment process is treated as being under review for a conference.
- If the review is normal/positive, immediate resubmission in the next consecutive cycle is OK.
- If you withdraw after 48 hours, you are forced to skip 2 cycles.
- Meta-review: either wait 6 months, or make a wholesale revision.
