A system that orchestrates 20–30+ coding agents in parallel, like Claude Code. "Agent = persistent identity, not a session," with tasks managed as Git-based issues (Beads).
- MEOW stack: Beads → Epics → Molecules (workflows) → Formulas (templates) → Wisps (ephemeral workflows).
- GUPP principle: If an agent has work assigned, it must execute (resumes even after interruption).
- NDI: Execution paths are non-deterministic, but workflows eventually complete.
Mayor, Polecats (swarm), Refinery (merge), Witness (monitoring), Deacon (daemon), Dogs, Crew (+ humans).
- Convoy: A unit that bundles and tracks multiple tasks.
Similar in form to Kubernetes, but the goal is "completion" rather than "always running".
