Seonglae ChoChristmas day is the only day of the year where no buses, or Underground trains, or even overground trains operate in London. Everything closes down slightly earlier on Christmas eve, night bus services don’t run, and there’s no service on Christmas day. On New Years Even they run the tube service later than usual, to about 4.30am In the past few years they have also made it free to use. On New Years Day there is normally a limited service (Sunday service).
