Hello, I'm Seonglae Cho and I will soon be completing my MSc in AI for Sustainable Development like Zekun. Currently, my main interests lie in mechanistic interpretability for AI safety and AI control.
Although I am into research rn, I have spent three years working in the autonomous driving sector as a software engineer developing a 3D map service. I feel practical engineering and industry applications more appealing to me to be honest.
I also have experience creating AI services which aligns well with this internship's requirements.
Based on my experience, I can deliver astonishing results when given responsibility and freedom, and I am excited about developing tangible, creative products at a company like Holisitc AI.
I am not interested in pursuing a Ph.D., my primary focus is on quickly entering the industry. However, given the current trend in the AI industry valuing PhD much, I am also open to options such as part-time Ph.D. studies or relocating to the
Once I finish my MSc, I plan to stay in London and jump right into the job market. I figure that getting some internship experience at Holisitc AI could be a connection for my future career path.
