물론 중요한건 또 쉽진 않았지만 기존 설계를 클라우드 네이티브를 생각하고 구성하였던 점
그리고 네모 랩스에서 슬랙 기술 공유 채널을 만들어 어느정도 활성화시킨점도 팀에 다이나믹과 창의력을 불러올거라 생각한다 (하고싶은 말)
Google 에서 선정한 카카오 모빌리티 devops 팀과 협업하며 gke 및 cloud sql,
내가 어떻게 처음 접해보는 분야에서 빠르게 배우고 성장해서 프로젝트 리드라는 자리까지 맡게 되었는지가 가장 중요한 포인트
모두에게 정리하여 사실 복잡할수 있는 팀내의 목표를 명학히 나는 발표 이후 추후 팀장 자리도 제안받기도
왜 그만뒀냐 묻는다면 사실 이루고 싶은 것이 많은 입장에서 카카오 모빌리티라는 회사는 작게 느껴졌고
더 큰 레버리지를 위해 좀더 교환학생을 간다거나 졸업한다거나 해서 그보다 큰 회사에 들어가려고 했다
사실 구글이라는 세상에서 가장 큰 회사에 들어가고 지원도 여기 단 한곳만 했다
7000페이지짜리 사이즈 관리중 처음에는 ssg로 갔으나 ssr로 변경하였고 public kubernetes로 관리하다가 비용문제로 vercel로 이전하면서 파일캐싱하는 부분이 문제여서 몇개월간 디버깅하다 최근 다
5개월간 다양한 코드를 추가했지만 문제를 해결하는 법은 코드를 삭제하는 것이었다. 불필요한 디테일들이 과대하게 들어가며 문제생김
1800명 사용자 ga4 일주일 최대 200명 oranic searh 1400명 재사용자 144명
소프트웨어 대규모 버저닝 mongodb version 0 MVP → postgres version 1 → 사내 프로젝트로서 성공 후 프로젝트원 들어와 리드맡음 → nuxt composition api version2 → module typescript → jsdoc → monorepo → nextjs 이전중 퇴사
