China and 14 Asia-Pacific countries agree historic free trade deal
The leaders of China and another 14 countries in the Asia-Pacific region have signed one of the biggest free trade deals in history, covering 2.2 billion people and 30% of the world's economic output. The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) was signed over a video link on Sunday after eight years of negotiations.

역내 포괄적 경제 동반자 협정
역내 포괄적 경제 동반자 협정(域內包括的經濟同伴者協定, Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership) 또는 줄여서 RCEP는 동남아시아 국가연합 회원국 10개국과 동남아시아 국가 연합과 자유무역협정을 체결한 대한민국, 중화인민공화국, 일본, 오스트레일리아, 뉴질랜드 가 참여하는 자유 무역 협정이다. 전반적인 합의는 2018년 11월에 도출될 것으로 보인다. RCEP 협상은 2012년 11월 캄보디아에서 열린 동남아시아 국가연합 정상회담에서 공식적으로 논의되었다.
