I made significant contributions to vector map generation and the delivery of map data for Korea’s first driverless service company, 42Dot, which facilitated the successful acquisition of Stryx by Kakao Mobility, the leading Korean mobility company.
I developed a connection between LiDAR and image sensor fusion, which involved an interaction of software and hardware using firmware. This vertical understanding was instrumental in improving the Autonomous Driving data pipeline, making it a key player in the team. At Kakao Mobility, a dominant player in the mobility sector, I designed ML feature API protocols to optimize communication efficiencies between AI services and the mapping platform.
