UCR Sublet info

My health deteriorated and, crucially, the real estate price of my family plummeted, so I had to return to my home country because of the situation where it was difficult to pay because of the poor financial situation.

For those reasons, I don't think I'll be able to pay the rent from February, and I'll give up the deposit. I'm sorry for contacting you late. I cleaned the room neatly and leaved the house. The keys are next to the sink. I sincerely apologize for your inconvenience, but it was an emergency situation for both my and my family.

Hello everyone. I am Alan and looking for someone to sublease the contracted apartment by August 31st. It is a studio-type which contains kitchen and a separate shower stall, toilet and also separate closet space.

we are looking for someone to move in around February 1st. Room size is 450 sq/ft If you are interested, there is also a video of the whole house, so please contact me! 😀

Basically fee is $1750 + $42 utilities but I’m in a hurry, so If you can contract before 1/30, I will pay $200 per month until the August so $1550

아파트 계약을 파기하고 떠남을 알려드립니다. 계약 이전 들은 얘기와 달리 스튜디오에는 전자레인지가 없었고 난방이 없어서 건강에 문제 생겼습니다. 그리고 2달간 maintanance가 늦어지는 등의 문제들로 오피스를 여러 번 찾아갔으나 해결되지 않아서 아파트에 실망했습니다.

건강이 안좋아지고 가족의 부동산 가격이 폭락하여 형편이 안좋아져서 돈을 내기 힘들어진 상황 때문에 계약을 유지하기 힘들어졌습니다. 늦게 연락한 점은 죄송합니다. 열쇄는 17번 우편함에 있고 방은 깨끗하게 청소해두었습니다

부모님이 위독하셔서 돈을 낼수 있는 상황이 아니라 다 접고 가야한
