X.com

What was released is the core pipeline of the For You feed, the ranking model code, and a large portion of the filters and weight/config values, and X explicitly states that some parts are withheld on purpose. For example, the Grok prompt and some botmaker rules are not published, to prevent gaming of the algorithm. The config is also not hardcoded: it is read from a separate configuration system, and the repo is described as syncing the "primary defaults" used in production.
