Pytorch dynamic shape

Horace He presents his talk at PyTorch Conference 2022 about Dynamic Shapes and reasoning about shapes symbolically in PyTorch. Many deep learning models use tensors of different shapes, which has historically worked well in PyTorch. However, PyTorch 2.0 focuses on compilation, which has historically struggled with supporting dynamic shapes.
