연봉을 오픈하는것의 장점이 클지, 단점이 클지는 생각보다 경쟁적인 문제다. 하지만 연봉 공개하지 않는 건 회사가 정보를 독점하려고 만든 문화이고 직원들에게 좋은 점은 별로 없다. (기분은 상할수도)
