A person who tries again is not someone who failed, but someone who Regrets
Anyone can make mistakes, but repetition is inefficient. Rather than asking "who did it," we should ask "how did it happen" and look for causes in the system. Also, when working with others, appearing emotional is not good, but appearing empathetic is beneficial.
People who work together based on school ties, regional connections, or personal relationships typically approach work out of necessity. In such cases, relationships quickly collapse when the need disappears. In contrast, people who begin relationships through excellent work gain recognition and survive longer in organizations.
