절대적으로 잘한다고 무조건 되는 그런게 아니라 변수가 많아서 낙담할 필요 아주 없다
더 많은 일을 하기 위해 고용하지 말고, 하고있는 일을 방해하는 새 책임을 없에기 위해 고용하라
즉 새로 들어오는 인력으로 인해 그만큼의 복잡도 해소가 일어나야 한다
