Religion is sharing beliefs about the unknown

The difference between primitive and advanced religions lies in whether they have religious founders, doctrinal theories, and organized religious institutions. As humanity became more civilized and urbanized, societies faced increasingly complex threats, necessitating rules for social stability that members needed to follow. While primitive religions mainly interpreted and provided comfort against natural threats, advanced religions naturally emerged as mechanisms to address and stabilize threats by establishing standards from phenomena like inheritance, inequality, war, and exploitation.
From a national perspective, religion is beneficial, but from an individual's perspective, it can become a weakness by placing restrictions on thought development. Religion itself helps secure faster contributions to society by redirecting energy that would be spent on establishing personal rules and life rubrics. This conflict between societal and individual interests occurs frequently across culture, media, and politics.
Logically, all religions, whether

s or established faiths, are equal and need not be discriminated against. However, while religion contains bias, science aims to be unbiased. Religion is similar to desire - in moderation, it provides comfort to individuals, but in excess, it can destroy their surroundings. Nevertheless, because religion provides a stable object of gratitude, it can greatly help individuals in maintaining their lives and experiencing happiness.
