Rigid principles, flexible self-esteem, adaptable attitude
Determine whether a person's value system consists of fragments floating on the surface of the sea, or if there's a structural foundation beneath the surface supporting their views. If there's a foundation, it's difficult to change. People who can receive advice and guidance are more likely to develop their own good style, perspective, and philosophical vision. However, if someone believes that a person's character and abilities are fixed, they will believe they can only live up to their predetermined abilities; in other words, they set limits for themselves.
Persuade
A value system is about maintaining strictness regarding certain principles, rules, and standards for right and wrong. However, it cannot be preached through words or writing, or it is very difficult to do so. Rather than persuasion, it is conveyed through demonstration, action, or results. Based on that, if the other person understands and accepts it, it works; if not, one must acknowledge that the will or standard itself has somewhat failed, recognize that it was not achieved, and judge objectively and try harder next time.
