Personal Justice judgement System

Rigid principles, flexible self-esteem, adaptable attitude
Naturally, what's important to me might not be important to someone else, and what's unimportant to others might be crucial to me. This difference creates conflict situations, so it's necessary to distinguish whether someone's opinion truly differs from my values or if it's simply a matter of different interests leading to different interpretations. We need to understand that everyone has their own logic, and every individual acts based on what they believe is right in the world as they see it. When viewed this way, many situations can be resolved without anger or arguments.
Determine whether a person's value system consists of fragments floating on the surface of the sea, or if there's a structural foundation beneath the surface supporting their views. If there's a foundation, it's difficult to change. People who can receive advice and guidance are more likely to develop their own good style, perspective, and philosophical vision. However, if someone believes that a person's character and abilities are fixed, they will believe they can only live up to their predetermined abilities - in other words, they set limits for themselves.
