There are two ways humans describe the world:

Data as Harari (2024). However, throughout history, storytelling has been the main method, and the reason it sometimes leaves a bigger impression in our minds than data is because of this.

Methods

Balance between reversibility and irreversibility in repetition

Key to idea delivery: repeat, structure, and ask questions

Design presentations to set expectations and inspire the audience

Develop content around problems that need to be solved

Convey emotions through description and tone rather than emotional words

Use active voice instead of passive, and mix short and long sentences for balanced rhythm

Without stories, human memory becomes blurred and we cannot remember what we have done. Days without stories feel the same and repetitive, so creating our own stories is what gives meaning.

When looking back on life, memories from periods without stories become blurred, making it unclear what happened first and how things happened. As mentioned in
