The greatest external motivation is when someone around recognizes you as a special person, and you need to surround yourself with such people for personal growth.

A crisis is something that doesn't change even when we don't want it and do something about it, but the bigger crisis is knowing and staying the same. The current growing pains are natural. What will eventually be helpful is ego, self-esteem, and confidence.

I want to feel a sense of belonging.

I want to protect my surrounding environment.

I want to feel safe.

I want to succeed in life.

Whether it's a project or a product, it's most effective when the reason for proceeding is driven by the needs of an individual or organization. Taking advantage of this concept, you can artificially inject necessity into what you're creating, thereby concretizing individual or organizational motivation and enhancing project progress.
