Motivation is stronger from loss than from desire to gain. This can be overcome through growth, self-identity and self-esteem. One good method is to create an Environment that presents challenges that are difficult but achievable, while consistently observing yourself improve day by day. Through achievements throughout life's journey, you can create a good Dopamine system - a reward system that can drive you forward. In other words, designing your own reward system for goals is crucial for Planning. Stay away from overeating, masturbation, gaming, and gambling. Instead, assign yourself missions and find satisfaction in small successes, discovering meaning as you design your life's reward system.

- The greatest external motivation is when someone around recognizes you as a special person, and you need to surround yourself with such people for personal growth.
A crisis is something that doesn't change even when we don't want it and do something about it, but the bigger crisis is knowing and staying the same. The current growing pains are natural. What will eventually be helpful is ego, self-esteem, and confidence.

Whether it's a project or a product, it's most effective when the reason for proceeding is driven by the needs of an individual or organization. Taking advantage of this concept, you can artificially inject necessity into what you're creating, thereby concretizing individual or organizational motivation and enhancing project progress.
