Culture is the average mindset of people who make up a society. What leads this culture is the Art and Trend of that era. The money that determines cultural life comes from the office.
It's a Trade-off where societies with strict moral standards and clean cities inevitably suppress freedom, and vice versa. Attempting to eliminate discrimination by abandoning fairness and imposing ideology becomes collective dictatorship.
Taking initial steps toward completely new directions can be risky. However, if organizations within cultural spheres explore various directions, innovators (or "first penguins") emerge more frequently. This phenomenon occurs more often in Ask Culture than in Guess Culture.
