일처리
한번 할때 잘하는 게 핵심. 익숙하지 않은 순간순간에서는 나를 얼마나 만들어왔는가가 중요. 준비가 되었는지 요행없이. 애매하게 하는 건 안하는 것과 동일하다. 본인이 제일 잘 알것
그 목표의 요구사항의 본질에 집중하지 않고 디테일이나 본인의 욕심에 다른 일을 하더라도, 결국 본질적인 일에 집중하도록 회귀하더라. Generalist를 요구하는 척해도 Specialist가 우월한 이유. 일단 핵심 기능이 되고 봐야한다.
일의 의미
잘하기만 하는일도 아니고 좋아하기만 하는 일도 아니고 내가 지속 가능한 일찾기. 남을 위해 일하지 말고 스스로를 위해 일해야 한다.
